Educational Assembly Programs

Educate, Entertain,and Encourage

Let me Help You Educate And Entertain Your Students

I present educational school assembly programs for elementary and middle schools that combine educational content and entertainment. I use magic, sleight of hand, and illusion to capture the attention of the students. By locking in on their curiosity, I can grab their eyes. If we get their eyes, we can get their ears and psychologists tell us that if we can get their ears we can change their hearts. The programs all contain a rare combination of solid educational content and great entertainment.

“Greg’s extraordinary ability to blend his unique talents and experiences into a school presentation makes him a refreshing, substantive, and valuable resource for schools and educators.”

I have performed many of these assembly programs in schools across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Northwestern Ontario. I have also performed school shows in Hong Kong, Mexico, Belize, Brazil, Fiji, and India.

The Magic of Kindness

Kindness_edited-2I had so many requests for a follow up program to Cool Kids Care that I created a new program that really emphasizes CARING.

The Magic of Kindness is a 45 minute assembly presentation which emphasizes the need to CARE for one another, making your school a kinder place. I use the bucket filling example as one of my illustrations/illusions.  The show is based on the works of both Dr. Don Clifton and Dr. Edward Lorenz (Chaos Theory and the Law of Initial Conditions).

This presentations is able to grab and maintain the attention of any group of kindergarten to 8th graders for an entire block of 45 minute. They won’t even realize they’re learning!

Are you looking for an entertaining way to reinforce your anti-bullying message?

Host our “Cool Kids Care” presentation in your school.

How can I be a H.E.R.O?
The entire show revolves around the idea that anyone can be a HERO and help to make your school a Bully-Free School.

The word “HERO” is an easy-to-remember acronym that helps students to remember how they can make a difference by being:
Helpful
Encouraging
Respectful
Outspoken on behalf of those being bullied.

Children will learn the types of bullying and how they affect the feelings of other people.
They will learn that Cool Kids Care!

It’s a Team Effort
Creating a bully-free school is a team effort between the bullies, victims, bystanders, parents, teachers, and school staff. Children will learn what they need to do, and how to do it.

Our presentation is able to grab and maintain the attention of any group of kindergarten to 8th graders for an entire block of 45 minute. They won’t even realize they’re learning!

Want to give your students some tools to help them remain drug and alcohol free?

Let me help to get the message across!

I present an assembly program that combines magic with the vital messages on drug abuse and self esteem. The performance is fast moving and so much fun that your students won’t lose interest and feel that they have ” heard it all before”. By adding to the message a mystery or surprise ending you can lock in on their curiosity and they will remember what has been taught.

What amazes principals and teachers the most is the OUTSTANDING STUDENT RESPONSE. The students laugh and have fun, but are never out of control, AND THEY LEARN.

This is not just a “Say No” show. That is too simplistic as answer for such a complex issue. It empowers students to find the truth themselves. They are smart and they need to be taught that they can find the truth themselves. The main theme of “The Illusions of Drugs” is “To have a happy life, you need to make right decisions, based on the truth.

We have performed “The Illusions of Drugs” in schools for over 25 years. We have performed in elementary, middle, and high schools, but the primary audience for “The Illusions of Drugs” is middle schools.

School FUN-Raising

postcard-4inx6in-h-front

Are you looking for an entertaining way to raise funds for your school?
We have a fund raising idea that works like magic while providing an educational program for your school!

How can your school benefit from this program?
We offer our Cool Kids Care presentation to your school in the afternoon and then in the evening we present our Family Night FUN-Raiser.

We promote the evening show during the afternoon assuring that students will want to return with their parents in the evening.

Your only risk is the original investment for the Cool Kids Care presentation. We do not receive any income from the Family Night FUN-Raiser until you have raised this amount.

You also keep all the funds you raise from selling the popcorn, drinks etc. This is where the real money is made in any of these types of fundraising events.

After you have recouped the costs of the afternoon presentation, we then split the profits with you 50/50.

You set the ticket price.

You also keep all proceeds from canteen sales.
